Product development
In collaboration with you, we develop or further develop your product. This is done with the appropriate use of 3D modeling, structural calculations and measurements, including, for example, vibration measurements or strain gauge measurements, in order to create the most optimal product for you and your company.

Technical drawing
Full technical documentation can be provided in the form of workshop drawings for your product. We are happy to follow up and check during the manufacturing process in the workshop in relation to the specified requirements.

Lifting analysis
Strength calculations are performed on the module itself to be lifted, and a local analysis of the lifting eyes is carried out. The calculations are performed according to e.g. "DNV Standard For Certification No. 2.7-3., Portable Offshore Units" possibly in combination with EN1993.

Calculations of sea loads
Structures and modules to be transported by sea are dimensioned to withstand the transport forces on the various oceans. The calculations are typically carried out according to IMO or GL Nobel Denton 003-4 in combination with EN1993.

Exsplosion analysis
To assess whether a module that is to be deployed in the North Sea can withstand a given explosion, a full dynamic - elasto-plastic finite element calculation is performed. The assessment is typically carried out according to company-specific requirements..

Strength- and fatigue calculations
Strength and fatigue calculations are performed on general structural details with contact and other forms of nonlinear behavior.

Structural measurement
We can make simultaneous measurements of vibrations, pressure, voltages, temperatures, revolutions as well as speed and position with GPS. We have 21 tri-axis accelerometers and 9 single-axis accelerometers. Strain gauges and temperature sensors are typical consumables purchased for each project.
